As Fear Free Certified Professionals, we prioritize reducing fear, anxiety, and stress in every interaction with your pet. Fear Free techniques are designed to create a more enjoyable and safer experience for pets, their owners, and the veterinary team.
We use tools and strategies tailored to your pet's individual needs, such as gentle handling, positive reinforcement, and a calm environment. These methods help ensure your pet feels as comfortable and relaxed as possible during in-home care. By addressing stress at its source, we aim to strengthen the bond between pets and their owners while supporting their overall well-being.
We have experience working with pets that are fearful or exhibit aggressive behavior, and use Fear Free techniques to minimize stress during care. However, in some cases, pets may require pre-visit medication prescribed by their veterinarian to help ensure their safety and mine.
If a pet's behavior is too aggressive to allow for safe handling, we may not be able to provide services and will recommend alternative options. Safety and comfort for your pet, you as the pet parent, and our providers are my top priorities.
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without sufficient notice may incur a fee.
